I'm Jarin Klee, and I've been working in IT for over ten years — across enterprise environments in London and New Zealand, and as the sole IT operator for a distributed team here in Auckland.

I started Byte Sized because most small businesses don't need a managed service provider with a 20-page contract. They need someone who knows what they're doing, turns up when it matters, and gives them a straight answer without the jargon.

I'm the kind of IT person you can ask a "probably dumb question" to — there's no such thing.
